Cooley was joined by Lisa Anderson, Dean Emerita of Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs, and Francisco Rodríguez, Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Economic and Policy Research. Together, they examined the future of the Middle East, Latin America, and Eurasia at a moment when the US-led postwar order is under growing strain, asking whether the world is returning to an era of regional blocs and what that would mean for American power and global stability.
